This is the credit union from hell. I would not go here. I have excellent credit and I have always had excellent credit, and they offered me a 9.75% rate on a $5,000 car loan.... LOLtoo bad I was young and naive and took the loan because I didn't know that was actually a bad deal. Over the last 3 years, I had a horrible experience trying to make payments on the loan...their website is from the stone ages and the user journey is absolutely horrible.Additionally, they never responded to my e-mails but kept spamming me with marketing emails.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This is the worst financial institution I’ve ever encountered. To the point it’s almost comical. Go to the ATM at their Meriden location to deposit cash into my husbands account. The machine decided it did not like the bills and was going to spit the cash out so that it could be re-entered. While having cash thrown at me and trying to catch it all, the cash dispenser decides to close and tells me that the money wasn’t taken in enough time (btw, all the cash the machine spit back out was taken by me) and to call or visit the location for assistance.Keep in mind, it’s a Sunday and tomorrow is a holiday. So guess we have no choice but to wait until Tuesday to get my husbands $100 back. This is just one of the several issues we have had with this bank. Looking forward to switching.

Their systems are in the stone age they did a update that lock us out of our banking for almost a week they I call and it takes less time to get in touch with the irs the staff are great very helpful and friendly

It's a credit union. Weird hours, weird everything. No tellers, just ATM like machine and phones. I use shared branches with real tellers.

This credit Union has saved me thousands. When I refinanced my car and Sallie Mae loans with seasons, the balance finally started going down. Also they're very personable for a bank even though they have the teller screens that link you to a call center. They've gone above and beyond for me countless times throughout the years.

I'm going to close my account I was very upset to learn when I walked in to get some money I had to talk to someone through a tv screen there's not much privacy there was someone standing behind me and the girl on the screen said type in your account I turned around and walked out I guess we aren't worth talking to face to face I'm not going to do my business like that I find that very RUDE.

If I could give this bank a 0 I would've. The most inconvenient bank EVER! The fact that you have to wait at least 45 minutes just to even speak to someone is RIDICULOUS. Even though it was just to get statements printed since we where having issues with there online banking. Oh get that you have to pay for the statements at that! If you need to be someone where plan ahead for sure!! 😡😡
