Feedback:

Awful company. Their software is buggy and throws up errors regularly. They wont look at the problem (of their software developer's causing) unless you immediately pay $175 to their 'help-desk'. If your internet goes down (and who's doesnt, occasionally?) and you switch to offline processing, they wont reroute the packets until you pay the same $175 to the help-desk. They wont tell you where the packets are, either, so you cannot reroute them yourself. Therefore, if you want to get the money your business has earned from credit card sales while your internet was down, you have no choice but to pay up. It's a racket. Trust me, use Micros instead.
