I’ve been here twice and both times had an issue with transactions that I never have at any other location. It’s as if this place adds extra steps and rules for no reason.I would recommend avoiding this SDCCU location. The bank itself is great though!

Branch Manager or supervisor told me I had to open an e-statement account but did not tell me I would be charged for every transaction because he didn't finish the job of closing my other account. Over 30 dollars in fees because this person did a rush job. I have had SDCCU since I was 16 year old and never had a problem until now. Disappointed in the service I was provided.

Been with SDCCU for a few years now and don't have any complaints. Everyone at this branch is very friendly and will help until all of your questions are answered. I have never felt rushed at this branch as I have at other banks and credit unions.

Security guard was a complete jerk. Yelled at me to take off my sunglasses and was not nice at all. Will NEVER bank here ever again. HORRIBLE avoid at all costs!!!

Por service. Stand in one line, told I need to be in another line. Then told no, you need to be in the line where I started. While not a fan of standard banks, at least they understand service and competence. Rating 2 only because of the overwhelming help received from the SDCCU service center

Not entirely sure why San Diego keeps naming this "bank" cause they shouldn't call themselves a credit union, best place to bank for 17 years. This has to be a joke. I have been in Credit Unions for 5 years, and this is not a credit union. Not customer/member friendly staff, Old archaic ways, charges fees like crazy, not helpful when you ask for a simple request, never sent chip debit cards after 2 requests, can't call number to talk to someone cause you are on hold forever. Can't go into a branch because you wait a long time and then the person that helps you is useless. They take your money, then act simple stupid about why they cant fix what they took. If you're smart, you will stay clear away from here.

Awesome customer service from the receptionist, Angela on updating a joint account with my ex-wife. We added our grandchildren on the account and got direct deposit information. Angela spent a lot of time explaining details to us.
