Trying to give a local family buisness image but their email is .GOV UK, so they'll have access to your benefit payments and any work you do through HMRC, they will already know your circumstances so why do they ask for "proof"? They get your bank details and various other info about you with this as well when they have no intention of giving you a loan. Government data gathering of the poor scam. If you do meet their criteria you can get a cheaper loan elsewhere online. Avoid.

I tried to take out a £50 loan twice now with Scotcash baring in mind that I had already taken one out and had paid it back. Both times their reasons for refusal were very vague and concocted. Highly disappointed!!! I guess it is not about your current circumstances that they base their decision on like they claim. If you want a loan with Scotcash remember to lie about why you need the loan or just lie in general on your application because the truth gets you nowhere!!!

I would like to say I have had a few loans from Edinburgh office and met the boss lovely helpful person never had any problems with my loans and I would highly recommend Scotcash for a loan especially if you are on a low income

Applied 3 days ago and no response still. Very small company that can't handle large amount of applicants . When you call them they are very rude. Take me off your system I don't even want the loan now! Waste of time.

Applied about a month ago, although could not give the amount I wanted they were upfront about it. I took a smaller Loan and the service was excellent. Straight forward and easy. I would highly recommended
