Overall Feedback:

I hate to give bad reviews but I have not had good experiences with the Matteson location. It has been difficult to set up a mentor Appointment. The website will not allow me to make an appointment online. I requested a mentor to call me to schedule an appointment with no success. I called them and no one answers the phone and you cannot leave a message. I have heard so many positive comments about SCORE organization I am a little disappointed. I am going to give them one more chance at a different location which means I will have to go far outside of community. However I cannot recommend the Matteson location they do not seem to care.
