Go somewhere else. I payed off vehicle loan and they took over two months to send me my car title after multiple phone calls. Tons of hidden fees. Amazing this place gets away with the stuff they do, legal robbery. To top it off Cindy is rude and has no respect.

Have been coming here for some time now. Only ever do deposits and withdrawals, but dealing with the staff has always been a pleasant experience.

I don't know what is going on at this location but they are so disorganized it is insane! They have one person working at their window and wait time is insane! I had one car in front of me and one car beside me and waited over 20 minutes! They aren't busy so I have no idea what we're waiting for. Not to mention I am rarely greeted either, no "hello" no "goodbye", "have a nice life", nothing! I despise this place and will be switching to an actual bank that is modernized and not stuck in the dark ages. I literally can't think of a single good thing about this place. I've been a customer for 11 years and literally NOTHING has changed and that is just sad. This is 2019 people, not 1999.

The general manager Timothy Lloyd Yarger has outstanding warrants for forgery in Lucas County Ohio, look it up tell your friends and family to stay away he will steal thier identity. Charles William Penland Jr the owner was charged with Criminal Domestic Violence in 2009, Darryl Jeter the operations manager is a convicted drug dealer.Spread the word far and wide they ripped people off for years in Woodruff SC now they have moved to Greenville County to rip off the good people of Greenville,SC post on Yelp and Google reviews. They operate an illegal unlicensed company Penland Asphalt and Paving LLC they have screwed over several contractors in the area as well a several business owners they don't know how to pave. Masters at bait and switch. Run from these crooked criminals. This is a public service message. Channel 4 WYFF declined to expose these crooks and channel 7 WSPA passed on the story as well.i even took documentation to the better business bureau and they did nothing, that entiy is a toothless tiger. You can't count on them to protect consumers. Help spread the word on these crooks and put them out of business. I was told that the skid steer in one of these pictures is stolen so if you are someone you know had one come up missing email me or just text or call these crooks and criminals.Google Charles William Penland and you will see these are just down right Crooked Criminals.

They did try work with me a little but had a payment arrangement for the 10th. I couldn't call during business hrs on Friday so i called sat and today trying to finish making the partial payment due to pay in full and because I'm 3 days late from my normal scheduled date i now have to come up with over 300 by Tmrw morning before 10am or as the supervisor cindy said 'if u don't have our money by 10am Tmrw we will repo your car, am i clear' i have never been so disrespected and talked down to in all my life! They straight refused take the final payment for last month and adding this month's on top all due by tomorrow!
