I do enjoy the smiles and the way they do remember your name right when you pull up or walk in. Amazing job. I had noticed there are an new faces. I'm sad to see some of them go. I hope that they find happiness and peace in there new careers ahead of all of them. I am sad to say I am thinking about closing my account down. Nothing that anyone there has done but I can't get a handle on the money that is not being accounted for that is missing from my savings. I do not know how or why hackers gain the ability to gain access thru different portals. But all in all God works fast!!! I will be sad about leaving the bank because you have all been very professional and very pleasant and always courteous. I also am planning to relocate soon but not fast enough for me. I will begin a new chapter in my life on the West Coast. I've been a part of this community for 19 almost 20 years and i loved being here but things have happened that have changed the way I look at this place now. It's sad but it does happen. I'm sure all the girls there know a little of what my main reason for leaving is. But I just wanted to say thank you for being patient with me during this difficult time. I wish you all nothing but the best in life. I will be here for a little while longer but just wanted to give you the respect that all of you deserve. SincerelyTammie

I've been a customer at Santee Cooper for more than 4 years but lately I notice a few new faces. Well, sad to say some of those new faces are just new faces. They don't know they're job. I went to my deposit box and the young lady ask me " where do I sign?" I ask her. ....you didn't learn this process in training? Of course, she refused to answer. BTW, I ask her name. ..again she refused to answer. Well, I must say they need to hire people that enjoy their jobs and that are friendly. Sad to say, I am really considering CLOSING my 3 accounts!
