Feedback:

DONT USE THEM. WORST SHADY COMPANY. THEY DID NOT FILE CORRECTLY SO IT AFFECTED MY CREDIT SCORE.

This company sucks,they only finance high interest loans,bad credit gets them high interest loans,they are only interested in high interest loans,if you have good credit they will not finance you ,this company needs to be done away with,along with the people who work there

I hate truly hate Santander. Service sucks and they’re reps are not properly trained which often results in a lot of confusion and false information.

You would have to have no other place to turn to if you're going to finance with this company. As was my case. Please dont fall into the trap as I did. Do Not do business with this company. High interest rates. And they won't re finance to help lower the rate they initially gave no matter your track record.

Customer service is horrible! Can't speak proper English. My acct was sold to them and they say I owe a good chunk when I had over $200 credit still with the previous bank. They say I owe when I already paid 100% on time. Run away from people like this!! Thieves.

My car loan was transferred to them without my knowledge. I didn't hear from them until I got a past due notice from Santanter. I can't set up auto draft because I have Verizon Wireless, which doesn't make a lot of sense to me but whatever. Not communicative, not convenient. If you even get the option - which doesn't seem to be the norm - stay away from Santander Consumer USA

The absolutely worst customer service ever. I would advise any one thinking about opening an account with.them to literally run the other way. Get as far away from them as you can.

If I could give them no stars I would . Their so confused and unorganized that it’s ridiculous. I totaled my car in May of 2017.. it is now November tomorrow and they still have not applied the credit from my gap insurance . They have too much going on.
