I called to asks the bank a simple question and was immediately given attitude. The person that answered the phone was named Linda. I’m not for sure if you this bank teaches their employees to answer the phone that way. But it was honestly rude and very uncalled for. If I could give them a lower rating I would this was very unprofessional service.

SanCap bank's staff are just terrific - friendly, smart, competent people. They work very hard to help their customers and are attentive to customers' needs. The wait is never long, and you can have confidence in the staff's accuracy. A pleasure to bank there!
