NEGATIVE STAR. This company may be good decades ago but I went today Dec. 02, 2017 with my wedding ring which bought in sale 2 ct with 0.98 setting total of 2.98 ct diamond. The center is 2.00 ct it self and it’s appraised for 22,300 dollars. Anyway I ask to loan for 7800 and the appraiser tol me it’s worth only $1000. That is low ball and I gave my 2 ring addition which total weight is 3.00 one is emerald cut and one is round and he offer me for all for 2,100.00. We are military veteran family thins happens sudden which our transmission broke and has to be replaced that’s why we needed to loan. This place for military family or veteran is not good place. NOT GOOD YOU VERY OFF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. DONT TRY TO GET EVEN 10 percent of the value because the appraiser will rift you off. It’s shame how this place do wrong value.
