Never ever open your LC from KCC branch. It took 7 days for me ,even after giving several calls everyday. Poor attitude and customer service. They are not following up your documents after that . Everyday giving irrelevant excuses.Better choose another bank (even BOC took only a week to approve the Loan with good customer care). If you are really stupid enough to do your banking in Sampath Bank at least go to another branch.I will never recommend this bank or the branch..
