Excellent service from courteous staff. My second visit to this store for motorcycle batteries and now they do much more (cell phone & camera stuff).

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable! I had a UPS failure and had no idea there was even a battery inside of it. Replacing the battery here cut my cost in half compared to buying a new UPS. Store pricing vs other online options is the same - problem solved in 10 minutes.

Convenient hours on Sunday enabled me to get my wife's car back on-line so she could use it. Checked other local sources and the warranty and price were better at Batteries +. Ordered it on-line, picked it up and had no problems at all.

Went in to buy a battery for my car key fob. The sales rep said the cost would be $9.99. I needed to purchase 2 batteries so I could replace the battery in my other fob too. Both batteries were only $8 plus tax. So beware if you think they're changing it out for free when you buy the battery they're not. They're charging for the battery and a fee to do the replacement. I don't mind paying for service but I value transparency in transactions and it wasnt transparent st all that there was a fee. And it wasnt worth paying $20 for what I could do for $8.

Employee was very helpful, quick, and efficient. Knew exactly what I wanted and where to find it and only took a short time looking for it. He was cordial when I asked him if he would put a battery in my watch. I'm very pleased with the service here.

Super easy and quick service! I ordered a car battery online and went to pick it up and they installed it right there. They also let me know that they would be able to jump start my car if needed. This was reassuring since if the battery didn’t work I would need it! Both gentlemen were friendly and helpful although I didn’t catch their names! Will use this place again for sure!
