I would highly recommend this Safe location. I always receive a friendly greeting as soon as I walk in the door from both the member service representative up front and tellers every time I visit this location.The tellers are very friendly, efficient, professional and pleasant.The customer service here is superior, personal, and excellent.They treat me like family. It's always a pleasure visting this location.

Very difficult to do ANYTHING with this bank. ATM machines frequently down, insane holds to speak to member service. It is an extreme pain to bank here. Employees have zero pep in their step and the broken ATMs are extremely frustrating

As you can see from our extensive review profile, we RARELY write bad reviews only when it is really warranted. Safe FCU should be investigated by the regulators and shut down. Their unethical and corrupt practices will soon be exposed and it is not likely they can continue this for much longer. Avoid this 'bank' like the plague. It's a credit union, a corporation. Not a bank. Keep your money in a bank where it's safe.
