Feedback:

This location their staff members are extremely lazy. The manager should know your front line staff. They aren't greeting people walking in but rather gossiping about their personal lives. They treated like at home so much for professionalism. Who is the manager at this location? How do you not know what your people are doing? Unbelievable! I wondered the bankers are qualified?? They do not have the knowledge to explain or resolve any issues. I came in an awaited half an hour. Nobody wants to talk to me. I have to go thru the membership to ask a question. I was banking with them for at least 17 years plus.

Great bank. Excellent customer service!I've had golden 1, wells Fargo, us bank and bank of America, they are all terrible banks. Safe Credit Union is way better in terms of service, privacy and customer satisfaction. The app is also excellent. I highly recommend this bank. They also have true free checking accounts. Thank you safeCU!

Worst customer service received at this branch, paying off my loan and closing accounts. Starting from the teller to their supervisor who did approval for a check deposit coming from my own account to safe account, my very own personal checks. Too many questions why check deposit is done. Try the service at this branch and other branches. Seems like you're not appreciated here for giving them work.

My elderly mother banks here. She is well treated and respected by the staff. Although there is usually a line, it goes quickly. The parking is somewhat limited.

Of all the banks I've dealt with, this one has the best customer service. No fees and willing to reverse charges when it's fair. Great on-line banking web and app. Good incentives. The only draw back: lines do get long at times.

I do not like this place, the woman Jennifer Millers was very rude, did not do her job respectively, and all I tried to do was deposit a check, and she was being petty claiming I wasn't the same person, so she went to get the branch manager and they both were being bigots ... I wanted to write a complaint , yet they refused to do that for me... I'm thinking about leaving this bank now these people are petty😡
