I finished my contract not by option because I had an accident which Saddleback still received $6000 from my insurance and still had me on a strict monthly plan to be handled with no kind of costomer service whatsoever. A lady called me once on Friday evening time I wish I would of got her name and she coldly hung up the phone while I was still talking. I will not ever recooment this loan company to anyone. You always pay more when you make a payment because they don't offer online services. Poor service.

As described on their website, Saddleback is a sub-prime auto lender, for those NOT familiar with that term, it means that they finance people, such as myself with less than stellar credit history and they take the financial burden where other banks or lenders won't. When I purchased my vehicle from them 2 years ago, I had just re-entered the workforce, I had just been at my job for 3 months, and they took a chance on me and financed an auto loan. Have I been in default? Absolutely, have I contacted them to make arrangements? YES! And each and every time they've been REALLY helpful. But I can honestly say that the reps you speak with can only react to you based on your initial approach. If you call in, time and time again with excuses about why your loan is in default, then they'll know you're just a bad pay. If you call once a year or less (such as myself) and are direct about your financial situation, they can really help. I don't think I've ever had a rude encounter, but I've also been pretty humble when I've had to call in. I can't really sit on my high-horse if I'm calling my auto lender because I'm late on my payment. And I get that life happens, we lose jobs, family members suddenly fall ill or unfortunately pass, but those are things that should be communicated immediately, no finance lender will turn you away unless you're now 90, 120, 180, etc. days in default. My credit is now on the road to recovery and I will be done with my loan by next year. I don't foresee having to finance through them again, but my experience with this loan has been positive, it's been my actions (with miss managing money in the past) that could have potentially made this a less than positive experience.

Yo estoy pagando un vehiculo con esta compañia y de verdad estoy completamente insatisfecho es una compañia q solo vela por sus intereses para ellos no les importa si uno es pobre los intereses son demasiado altos yo mas vien diria q son una bola de ladrones legalmente es ridiculo q no acepten pagos por telefono o pagos directos de el banco desafortunadamente es una cruda realidad q uno de pobre tenga q aceptar los altos cobros por prestarle el dinero luego si le ponen un seguro al carro cobran 1000.00 dollares por tres meses y no cubre nada solo el carro nuevamente yo digo q son ladrones legales por eso no recomiendo ha esta compania hay pobre de el q caiga en sus manos cuidense dwsafortunadamente yo cai por nesecidad pero no dos veces te hacen acuerdos verbales y nunca los cumplen se He han la bolita de uno ha otro

In my opinion this is a company that 100% don't recommend...why? Because they are only thinking in get money from you and not to help and then offer insurance to cover a car and when something does not work as they want, does not give you what offer....really a bad company or whatever they call themselves...my opinion.

Adrian Lamas is by far the worse supervisor in history. I called to let go of my vehicle because to my unfortunate luck i had a few family members pass away therefore could not continue paying my vehicle and he straight up tried to scare me telling me im getting sued by his company for not paying and they will find a way to garnish my accounts. I let him know i was out of work and This Magot started saying " well obviously you pay rent and bills somewhere because you are living somewhere" saying im a liar for not volunteering to pay the note in full. He was talking over me YELLING and being completely unprofessional getting into my personal life. BUT WHATS TO BE EXPECTED FROM A LEGAL SCAM OPERATION SUCH AS THIS COMPANY BEING RAN BY THUGS. BEWARE OF SADDLEBACK ACCEPTANCE CORP FOR TOUR FINANCE OPTION. STAY AWAY.

I'm going to be as honest as I can be this finance company is just like any other finance company if you pay your payments on time they don't bug you if you don't they are going to bug you my review is three stars only for the reason that I have not had a horrible experience with any of the employees that I've talked to even when I couldn't make my payment on time they gave me time to pay it this review is specifically for an employee named Jesse Jesse is an employee that harasses me 24/7 she is rude she is obnoxious belligerent and thinks she is above everyone I understand if there is a late payment I take full responsibility for that but there are certain ways to talking to people that you especially don't know anything from just common courtesy as Hi how are you I need to speak to you instead of why aren't you answering my calls you have lunches and breaks to answer my calls I'm sorry Jessie but my job is not to answer your calls whenever you decide to call me I also have a job just the way your job is to call people my job is not to answer phones I call when I have a chance Jesse is the rudest person I have ever talked to my whole entire life this is not a game and this is not a competition of who is more rude than the other I have never felt so disrespected in my life by an employee that I do not know anything of Jessie makes a company look very unprofessional and that's not okay I really hope Saddleback acceptance reads this review and lets her know that there's certain ways of talking to people yes there are consequences when things aren't paid we all understand that it's the professionalism and the common courtesy to talk to a person in a normal tone of voice in normal sentences that makes your company look a lot better I have no issues with Saddleback acceptance everyone else that I've talked to other than Jessie has been very helpful to me I'm not exactly sure there are other employees Just Like Jesse that don't know how to talk or disrespecting customer and that is why you're getting low ratings I really hope Jesse understands that that is not how you talk to people and that is not any way shape or form to represent a company

I called to get a statement so i can pay my truck she said with a nasty attitude its not a statement its a barcode.I tried explaining why it was my 2nd time calling she just wouldn't let me explain.I asked her for her name she said Jessy I said Jessy she said yes and spelled it out like if I was stupid and she said im the only Jessy here with her stinky attitude .Rude ,Nasty customer service JESSY💩NOT only that I asked to speak to Adrian her supervisor she said he wasn't there so I called 5 minutes later and guess what he was there really.Maybe this is not the right job for u JESSY.Hopefully its my first and last time i call this place.💩👎💩👎
