Never answer the phone, been trying to close an account for FOUR MONTHS the first time I called they answered but now they know I'm trying to step away from their poor service and they refuse to answer. I would go in to their branch and close the account in person but I moved and they wouldn't get ahold of me even when I continuously called. So now I'm 1600 miles away with a bank account they keep adding charges onto because they refuse to shut the account down EVEN WHEN I WANT TO PAY OFF THE BOGUS NEGATIVE BALANCE ANYWAY. Quality of customers is better than quantity of customers, Something they should definitely learn.
