Feedback:

Awesome I got there at 4:57pm and they were "closed". Apparently they close before 5pm sharp. Glad I drove fast all the way there to not get my check cashed. The lady was inside to and just ignored me. You close at 5 which means you lock the doors AT FIVE. not before just cause you want to go.

Used to be SAC. Built with the money of Service Members and Bellevue Residents. First they moved their HQ to Papillion, now they changed their name thus totally disassociating themselves with the Military, Federal workers, and Sarpy County. I closed my accounts, I urge you to do the same.

Customer service needs work. Tellers drag their feet to help. Otherwise can't complain about the structure of the bank. Can't imagine closing the drive thru helped business. Phasing my way out of this credit union.

Overall good banking experience. My annoyance is eliminating the drive thru teller and then limiting the withdrawal amount to $1000 via ITM... What’s the point in being able to deal with a teller and not be able to pull out the amount I need??? Just get rid of the stupid thing and let me do my banking.

They will nickle, dime you and change the paper work just to get another 35.00 from you. Stay Away Far Away .

I got a car loan from them. I was charged $825 for not being insured 1 month(wow). I showed them the proof that I was insured. 14 yes, 14 months later, after resending the proof, they finally and rudely refunded the $825 fee, but $50 of interest had accrued on the fee. They still refuse to refund that. Watch out for them, and keep on top of them. I have had 1 very nice person, 2 very rude people, and several clueless people "helping". I'm still working on resolving the issue. So far, I would NOT call them ethical.
