I have been a member for about 4 years. Since that time I have watched this location switch to automated drive thru...so actually, you are talking to a monitor screen, who, buy the way, cannot dispense $10 denominations??? Handling a check at the drive thru is no longer personalized. And BTW, for 2 years, the line inside the bank was very slow. They seemed to correct this but now, if the line gets long, they simply keep you in the lobby by locking the doors? Who does that? Lastly, I was already thinking of leaving since I cannot authorize my monthly condo association dues because the dues don't go to a financial institution.

Took advantage of their December special of skipping a loan payment. I was told it was approved. The next month my credit monitor notified me I had a 30 day late pop up due to my loan payment being missed! I haven't missed a payment on anything in 10 plus years and now I have a scar. SO MAD! When I called they told me it was never approved. Couldn't they have called to let me know I had missed a payment instead of just letting it get so late that it damaged my credit?! UGH!

I called to report my card information had been stolen. Ally was so sweet and helpful, she made the process quick and painless after such a stressful night. I had been leaning towards other banks just because I didn’t like some of the treatment in the past at other locations. My faith is restored in my bank after speaking with her! Thanks Ally!

They are one of the banking systems that will charge you $10 if you don't do anything with your account for a while. They don't tell you as they hope you forget, and they can legally rob you of your hard earned money every single month. This should be illegal as they use your money to loan out as they do Fractional Reserve Banking just like a bank, so there IS activity on the account, and they also put your interest in, but when they give you $5 in interest, and take out $60 in fees for you not wasting their time doing nothing more than taking $10 out, and putting it right back in, they screw you. We are closing our account, and will never do business with them as long as they have the inactive account fee on their books.------------------------------------------------------------UPDATEI have changed my rating to 4 stars due to the fact that once I told them I received no notice from them before they started to charge the fees to our account, they refunded all fees. I still have no idea why we never received the notice, but all it good again. They still have the rule for $10 a month on inactive accounts, and that really should be changed!

It wouldn't let me do a half star. They are the worst bank I have ever had a loan throngh. They were rude dishonest liars. I asked for something as simple as a pay off letter bc I was switching to my personal bank. Got the paper and mailed in the check certified so I knew when they got it. They sat on it for over a week before cashing it and then charging us more and totally screwing up my acc when they were not supposed to do any more direct withdraws they did. I canceled it and they then said u owe us another 600 dollars plus interest even after they were totally paid off. I wouldn't trust them with anything past a rubber band. I will be contacting the BBB and turning them in bc they are no better than wells Fargo crooked

Horrible service. Of you finance a car there they make u buy the payment book. There online service is the worst I've seen. Om in the process of rrefinancing my car thru centris. Julie at the bellevue branch is amazing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Update 10/13/2016 I had to reduce SAC's rating by one star today because, get this, SAC failed to send me an alert notification when my available balance dropped below the amount I specified when I set up the alert. Yes, they have my correct email address and there are no messages in my spam folder. Great job SAC, you continue to depress! I guess the next time they pester me with their continuous stream of requests to complete a survey, I'll actually complete it this time. So very sloppy SAC.I've been a member for five years. 4 stars for money management of my account and two stars for customer service. The overall rating is two stars because customer service combined with employee attitude and proficiency is poor enough to warrant this rating.I, myself have only had one or two minor account errors made by employees since I've been a member, so I won't fault them too heavily in this aspect. But less than perfect is not what you'd expect from a credit union. When calling, you get frequent "all circuits are busy" or sent to directly to voice mail because employees are assisting other members. It's an ongoing long term problem. SAC management should email their members about this if they're even aware.Branch managers are overworked and should focus on managing and training--not attending excessive meetings and PR events. Consequently, their employees are not experts in their field as they should be; they make frequent mistakes such as mis-posting deposits, payments, etc., which can affect your credit standing. Ask any employee to explain a CD APR, APY and periodic rate. Most can't explain it. Did you know that SAC is currently matching any other local financial institution's certificate rate? That's nice! Now, go to your nearest SAC branch (don't call...all circuits might be busy) and ask them to discuss this great offer with you. You might hear things like, "yes, we'll match the rate but you have to have an account with the other financial institution...WHAT? If I had an account with that institution, why wouldn't I just open a CD there? This turned out to be inaccurate, but highlights my point.Recently (within the past year) I set up a phone password with SAC. This means in addition, to my full name, address and birth date, they will ask me for a password when I call them on the phone. This is a neat little security feature they've added to prevent fraud/theft. How many times in five calls do you think they forgot to ask me for the password? Once. But once was one too many times. The CU Online website is a joke. It's outdated and doesn't manage your account information properly. Every time SAC does a software update, the line items in both my mortgage loan account and my certificate account loses almost all of the history information. It's a shame the SAC FCU president saw fit to spend millions of dollars on a new building in Papillion when it's very obvious more attention to SAC's employee training and software/telephone modernization are what the credit union needs to invest in. The credit union is a member-owned organization, but it doesn't appear at all as if the leadership is focusing their attention on its members.It's easy to see the mistakes, problems, attitude and customer service problems because I'm a member of a perfect credit union that I can compare it to. This credit union is in Florida, so most of my transactions including deposits are done either online or over the phone. In the 32 years I've been with this credit union, I have NEVER been sent to voice mail when I called; nor have I ever heard "all circuits are busy." I also have never had to correct a mistake they made because they've never made one with my account...in 32 years! I have also not once met or talked to a discourteous or unprofessionally dressed employee there. This credit union has for several years provided its members with the ability to deposit checks via email--SAC FCU still does not offer this service. SAC is definitely several steps behind the power curve technologically speaking.
