Won't answer the phone! So I call back and hold another 20 minutes and thought I was finally going to talk to someone and it goes to a busy signal?!!!!

They are a poor company to do business with,I had a auto financed with them,I had a accident and had full coverage with their Gap insurance.my car was totaled.and they would not refinance my loan to get another car.I would not recommend doing business with them.

Insanely high auto loan interest rate, and had to wait for a bank 15-20 minutes when I was the only customer in the branch.

This is the worst bank ever. I tried to get my current mortgage refinanced with this company. They told me they would call me back and they never did. So I went with someone else at which point I needed a copy of my mortgage statement. They told me they could not email it to me, it had to be a fax or I would have to come in. I tried to create an online account for my mortgage and I received an email stating that it takes up to 7 days for approval for an online account and also I would have to call and validate my identity. So finally I went to the branch at 8:40 a.m. at which point I was told that they would have to call and get a copy from their mortgage office who didn't get in until 9. They would have to wait until the mortgage office sent them the copies. I can't believe ANYWHERE still operates like this in 2019!

BEEN WITH THIS CREDIT UNION FOR OVER 8 YEARS (NEVER EVER MISSED ONE PAYMENT) ...PAID OFF 3 LOANS IN DECEMBER IN FULL....AND IN JANUARY THE TURNED ME DOWN AFTER A 4 DAY WAIT. IF I COULD GIVE BELOW A 1 STAR I WOULD....RUDE, CANT NOT ANSWER A PHONE, BELOW AVERAGE IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
