Customer service people do not have any manners how to talk with customers as payment was delayed 5 days because of medical emergency. They talk rudely and unprofessionally especially one of the lady i dont know her name

The name called sachin ... i think he doesn't have common sense to how behave with customer. they use third class language if it get late even for 1 day late and they will call all the family members without informing. Company is good.. but workers standard is third class. no proper behaviour. I think company manager should work on it. or else no will come back. again to avail loan.

If u r king of very poor cibil score and no other agency is ready to give u loan ...than this app can only one who can help you out ..only problem is their interest rate 1 % per day ....this is no one else charging in entire world for any loan ...but if u are in real need of money they can serve you on very next day of your application ...best place for needy people ...

Customer representative people are Gunda's . They do not know how to talk to customers. One of my friend took loan but they are calling me not sure how they got my number.

bad customer services, after closing the loan , it has been almost 3 weeks they are not picking call or replying on mail to release NOC for the same, Bad guys , worst services, Rates are too High. I recommend not to use anyone.
