Super impressed, loyal customer here. My contact with BAMS, Jacob, went above and beyond. Really. Very prompt in every response, took a ton of time to explain things. Worked through a loooong approval process for our new business with no processing history and got us absolutely incredible rates. Since coming on board, when I need something, I email support or call and get a real live human right away. I've worked with a lot of processors and merchant service providers. In a business with a whole lot of bluster and not much to back it up after you sign the dotted line, these guys stand out from the pack.
