Client Review on Royal Pawn and Guns

Very disappointed. I have been doing business with Royal Pawn for quite some time. We always reached a mutual agreement on the firearms I brought in to sell. Yesterday, I spoke to "Dalton" who looked over my firearm and gave me a price. I asked if I could think about it and he said no problem that his offer would stand. I come in today and am now told by the NEW owner, "Marko" and "KR" that Dalton made a mistake offered me too much. The would not honor what one of their employees had offered. What kind of business does that???? Whether a mistake is made or not, the company should own it, make things right. Sadly, they didn't. They lost a loyal customer. Once they change the name over to "Florida Pawn", I'll be writing the same review again.
