Sent documents by International Express and they were received on the 3rd day in Beijing China! Yes it may be busy (avoid rush hour times if you can! Otherwise just bring your headphones or something to do while you wait), but they're thorough and I've always received good customer service. Plus give them a break if it's busy they have a lot to process and get right!

Very poor service ....queued for ages then told to come back because the woman who does the real me photos was at lunch and there was other people waiting for her to take their photos ...sort it out.
