I too have cancelled all my accounts that I have had here for 30+ years, the hometown atmosphere has gone. ACH vendors were not notified in a timely manner, I was never notified

We came from a bigger bank and was treated poorly. Walked into here and was treated with nothing but kindness. Very happy with them and will be with them for a long time coming.

The jury is still out so to speak on whether I'll keep my accounts here much longer. I have a loan that'll be paid off soon, that'll be my hard decision time. Definitely not the same place since the new owners took over. Many of the options once available, no longer are and those that remain seem to nickle & dime you to death. Shame, I opened my account at RHSB when I was a kid. Oh well, it may just encourage me to find better deals after all.

Fees, fees, fees. I am closing all 3 of my accounts. one of them was 54 years old. New ownership has changed everything. No atm's except by the bank itself.
