They are as bad as not having a database for customers they disbursed credit facility to. They, lodged two of my checks at an interval of 24 hours; the first, cleared - the second didn't and, put me on the vague of returned cheque+charges of above 5k by my bank. I called in to know their reason for that? The representative told me they were trying to do a recovery. I got infuriated and asked them if they were recovering a stolen fund? That's a 6-month facility, paid non-stop till the 4th month when I experienced a kind of more financial need of which I did a mail and call to them to that effect . I was replied that I will get default charges- I accepted.The next payment time came, no remittance was made on my account which prompted me to call their rep for the month's remittance- and, shockingly they went to lodge the two checks... I called them to tell them the damages they've caused me, they were just busy telling me irrelevances. At the end, they charged me their own returned check fee+default charge of the one month irrespective of the fact that the returned check mistake was from their end and the 5k+ and bad credit they gave my account.At the full payment, they issued me a certificate of unindebtedness dated 2-years before I applied the loan- funny! Had to return it.
