We are now proud Kentuckians and owners of our new property. Between Ron and our Real Estate agent Rebekah Westray, it was smooth sailing and an absolute blessing for us. Rebekah assisted us in all our needs. She always made us feel like we were her only clients, and honestly, this is the team you want working for you. Ron was very friendly and patient with me throughout the mortgage process. He answered all my questions quickly, while keeping me up to date on the process of the loan. He under promised and over delivered on all of my expectations. He had us closed in 2 weeks, at a lower percentage and with a lower amount due at closing with a lower monthly payment. Ronald and his team were amazing to work with. From the start they reached out eager to help with my first time home purchase and were helpful every step of the way. Ronald was very prompt in his responses to my questions. There were a couple of pretty rough spots during the closing that due to circumstances around the foreclosure that I purchased but because of Ronald's organization and dedication to getting the job done we made it through. I know how hard Ronald and his team worked to get my closing done and I could not be more thankful for everything they did. I would recommend to anyone!
