Very friendly and helpful staff. I do not care for the sub codes to differentiate accounts. I also feel talking to a loan officer on the phone instead of in person is extremely impersonal.Sometimes it takes several days to get an approval and paperwork done.

Called to open a cheking account and was told I need an updated I’d or dl with current address. I don’t have either and a piece of mail such as utilities or government etc which I fount have . I have plenty of other mail like bank statements credit card statements etc but it’s not good enough . I live with my parents and all the things are in their name . I’ve been to 4 banks today and no luck . I would not recommend this bank

I just open a account yesterday. It's hard to say if it's good or not. But I will say this much. Gina was the one who helped me. She rocks. She went beyond in helping me set things up and answer make sure I understand any questions I had. She also had a plesent smile and personality. So if you want or need help in a account. Ask for her. You will not be disappointed.
