Thanks so much to Eros!! I couldn’t have asked for more. He is extremely responsive (answering any questions I had day or night and believe me there were A LOT!) and communicated throughout the entire process I highly recommend this company. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but had to for Eros and Riverview Mortgage as I couldn’t have gotten into my new home without him and them. What an amazing experience. Everyone in the office is friendly!! They make you feel like you're the only client they have and no questions go unanswered. These people know their stuff!! They made my move from across the country seem less stressful and crazy and are also helpful with recommendations of other services in the community if you're new!!

This was our 2nd home purchase and I have to say I was terrified of buying a home while being in another state. Eros Dahl and his team at Riverview Mortgage made this such an amazing experience! He took the time months before purchase to layout budgeting plans so that we could not only afford our dream home but also be able to have financial success. Eros was much more than just a loan officer, he took the time to be a financial mentor and we are forever grateful. I highly recommend ANYONE looking for a home, give these awesome people a call!

Julie and Eros are an awesome team and wonderful community members. I am a small business owner and we had planned for about two years to eventually purchase a home again. Small business owners can run into issues obtaining a loan because there is some uncertainty. We were in no rush to buy. We spoke with Julie several times about our finances and investments and how we could improve our ability to obtain a loan when we were ready. We followed her advice over several years. We found ourselves ready to buy a home on short notice. We reached out to Julie and we were able to complete the loan process and close on the home in four weeks.
