Beware of engaging Riverside Payments

What was the best part of the experience?
I would avoid them at all costs. We were promised savings, but instead we have lawsuits and headaches.
What would you change about the experience?
I would never trust Riverside or any of their associated ISOs. If dealing with them ensure that you ask to see all documents with your signature on it, it may be more than you expected.

I was sold a merchant-processing savings and POS integration program through PB Payments/Riverside Payments. The integration failed, cancellation requests were ignored, and recurring withdrawals continued. The dispute is now in litigation. I possess multiple materially different versions of what appears to be the same lease agreement bearing my electronic signature, with different equipment schedules. Draw your own conclusions.
What was the best part of the experience?
How fast they had my equipment up and running, everything was explained to me perfectly and I was able to use my machines seamlessly
What would you change about the experience?
Not a thing, Riverside was so helpful and explained everything to me and was so great at answering even the smallest questions I had!
