Feedback:

Was told the bank location across the street from me does not accept phone calls. Period. By corporate. Then was hung up on when I mentioned how prohibitive and weird that is. The listed number on the business listing above goes to Beaverton corporate, just fyi.And they do NOT participate in shared branching. 0 stars.

I went in to deposit cash, and was sent to the automated teller by the person sitting there on a lap top when I walked in. The live tellers don’t ever seem to be doing anything other than sitting on a lap top. I work in the service industry and was depositing a few weeks worth of tips. The automated teller told me it was too much to deposit there, and called the teller standing 5 feet away from me to tell him I needed live help while I sit there listening to both ends of the conversation. Then he calls me over and we finish the transaction. It was the biggest waste of my time and the whole thing was a true Twilight Zone experience.

No more live tellers unless you go to Hawthorne branch. Don't like this. Has lost the personal touch. They claim its faster because you don't wait in line for a live person with 8 people in line ahead if you. What a crock. There are two people in there manning the branch showing people how to use the virtual tellers that are overly happy acting and no one else in sight. I think its time to change credit unions. Will go to one that still has the personal touch. Have been a member since 1988. Not happy any more.

Very awkward situation a group of live rivermark employees sitting talking being loud as you try to talk to a video teller that legs in time and feels like they are in another state or country and is hard to hear over people. I'd much rather just use a normal atm

I've been a Rivermark customer for years. I've always been happy with the service. I recently started coming to the Happy Valley location and I really like it. The space itself is nice and the features they have (video tellers, coin counter, printing cards onsite, etc.) are really convenient. I'm only giving 4 stars because they recently dropped their excellent checking account interest rate, which was one of the reasons I opened an account with them in the first place.
