I have never in my life had so much trouble with a bank! No one knows anything over the phone , you can’t get help with online, 15 to 30 min hold times ! Just to get NO help!!!!

This don't make any since!! This credit Union need to be reported to the BBB. You should never take money out of anyone account without notification and then don't even post where the charges are coming from, or even over drafting members account. I don't care what the process is, If the money wasn't taken out 60 to 90 days after merging, this is called theft. You never know what people are going through or what their goals or plans were. And to make your employees apologize to the members or even take the heat for it is very wrong. When this could have been done the right way, which is notifying your members, so they could be prepared. I won't advise anyone to bank with Jefferson. It's like they went from worst to worser!!!!!!

Now that they have merged with Jefferson their unprofessional. When you call they answer the phone and hang up. No voicemail set up they just let it ring & ring then hang up. You can change a company, but you can't change the professionalism of the new employees working there.

If anyon have a Riverdale credit union card it no longer works. They merged with Jefferson Financial. This was an unprofessional merge I ever seen. Why not issue out all customers debit cards first and a letter before merging. Everybody don't know how to go online!! 😒

We have banked with this bank for years, had loans, they are drafted from our acct. We applied for a small loan and was denied recently, before everything went on, banking was easy with them. When you call you may get an answer and you may not, I've had to call 6 times in a row to finally get an answer, because if you leave a message, you don't get a return call! Ridiculous business!

I use to love this place but the services went down hill. No one answers the phone. if they do its about 30 to 45 minutes later. I fill like I can't trust this bank with the money I earned anymore because of the services they give you. They give you a I don't care type of response. I hate for the really nice workers to suffer with the bad. If people are nice enough to chose this credit union to trust them with their money, it needs to be better service and rules. At this point, I wouldn't encourage anyone to this credit union.
