Do not EVER get a vehicle financed through this Credit Union. When you pay it off you’ll never receive your title, they will refuse to help you, and just plain out don’t care. I now have to pay money out of my own pocket to go to the MVD and file for a lost title. This is the worst Credit Union I’ve ever delt with.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE FINANCED THOUGH! THEY HAD GREAT RATES BUT HAVE PEOPLE THERE SHOULD BE WORKING AT A MCDONALD'S INSTEAD OF A BANK. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A MORE DYSFUNCTIONAL PLACE THAN RIO GRANDE CREDIT UNION IN RIO RANCHO. SANDIA LABS AND SANDIA AREA ARE FAR MORE SUPERIOR TO THIS CRACK JACK CREDIT UNION.
