If I could give them 0 stars I would. I made my last payment to them today and I would NEVER recommend anybody to use them. Answer the phone “ATTITUDE” come in and make a payment “ATTITUDE”. They are so unorganized and the looks on their faces read I HATE MY JOB all over it.. Not a friendly staff at all!!!

The ladies at Ridge loan are fantastic. They were nice and helped me in my time of need.Update I got sick wirh the flu and been off work for three weeks. And my s store went out of business. Now i have gotten loans with this company at least 3 times and paid them off and I have never missed a payment until now. And the lady that i talked to was rude and didn't care about my situation. She acted ad if she personally gave me the money. I will pay these people off and I will NEVER do business with them again and i mean that.

this place is really good, i love it, there isnt to many loan places that anybody will say they like or that are good . but this place is 5 star. customer services is wonderful the staff is wonderful and they really try to work with you and help you. i recommend ridgeloan. david is great

Do not get a loan from them!! They are the rudest and most unprofessional staff that I have dealt with!! If u are a month late on a payment they will harass you such as calling your work and telling you your going to get arrested if u don’t make a payment!! I would advise anyone that wants to get a loan to get it anywhere else!! Biggest mistake I have made was dealing with these people!!
