Love these guys! They are more than fair and have wonderful customer service. I will definitely be going there for all of my selling/pawning needs. They are nothing like those other pawn shops, they never belittle you or try to take advantage of you! I'm Soo grateful that I found them! The East Ridge location has always done me right! Anyone looking for a great pawn experience should definitely stop in! You won't be disappointed!!

I love this place! Its the only pawn shop who doesn't keep your items for themselves the day of forfeiture. They actually give you time to come pick your items up even when its past due no other pawn shop has ever done that! I will always be a loyal customer because I appreciate their compassion!

After cleaning out our parents house we brought over an array of silver and silver plate and Mike was very helpful in getting everything sorted out, tested and weighed. He was very knowledgeable and patient, explaining the difference between the U.S. and European markings. All that and a fair price! Highly recommend.
