I am completely upset at the way the Manager/Owner treated a customer that was in line before me. It was absolutely no reason for her to give poor customer service as she did. I feel bad for even stepping in this establishment for I am a Woman of Color also. The woman that she was rude to was a woman of color. However she did not treat the others the way she treated her. Then told the young Man that was there not to wait on her either. He agreed, which was beyond me to why when the young lady did nothing besides trying to cash her check. I’m truly applaud at the Customer Service in this place. Makes me question the reviews that were given prior “5 star”. Complete fail on her end. She must do better

I am very Disappointed with the service here from the woman that claims to be the manager/Owner, I was in line and heard her being rude and downright RACIST with another Customer so I left out without getting anything.you guys should train someone else because with the way the world is this is upacceptable behavior . I am highly upset and felt bad for the Customer she was very rude to.Some thing needs to be done about this ASAP.

If I could give no stars that's what I would give them! Customer service absolutely sucks! The "manager/owner" had a bad couple days and took it out on me. She would benefit from a customer service crash course. Hope she feels better, and has better days coming. Y'all can just take me outta y'all system tho. Good day.
