The worthrs system ever for retail, Once you purchase the systems you are in your own, horrible customer service One knows how to help you with any problem you may encounter.

Run as fast as you can away from this system!!! If you run a restaurant is a disaster. I've had to teach there techs how to fix there own system and I have no training in computer engineering

Partnering with Revel was the best decision I've ever made when it comes to running my small business. They have been truly been more like a business partner than just a point of sale system. The support reps have answered my calls at midnight (often when I do my bookkeeping) and patiently helped me figure out any problems.

Awful company! Complete joke. Save your money and don't do business with this company. No support and they will string you along once they get your money. Read as many reviews as possible before signing up.

If you have a restaurant DO NOT use. I can verify my self as a reputable restaurant and we spent 11k up front . We had the system charging people 6 to 10 times on credit cards where they called police on us for fraud. 140 hours on support and we found out when tech showed up on site that they had bad parts( documented) and then when system cashed as it had 30+ times before the tech LEFT, yes left and we ended up going to hand checks. Look we went to a much better system, but it's not the point. The money we lost and damage we occurred by sticking with them only to find out they lost licence for using Mac mini....and they set us up with an iPad server which could not handle this was jaw dropping. We hung in there with them on phone every day till finally we were too beat up. Read the real reviews, not there's. I am sure there is a place for this, but not in restaurants. Again we paid in full up front.
