Been with this firm only a few weeks...total fault on the machine already,they are all re-conditioned apparently! ....3 hours of phone calls to persuade them the machine is defunct,no compensation for all the lost trade !.....Just like all the rest,all over you when it is contract time but no technical back up and leave you high and dry.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF SOMEONE TRIES TO WALK IN TO YOUR BUSINESS NAMED MARTIN JOYCE DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. HE WILL MISLEAD YOU AND COST YOU A LOT OF MONEY. HE WILL SAY HE WILL SORT OUT YOUR CURRENT CONTRACT BUT HE WON’T. DO NOT TRUST THAT MAN. IF YOU WANNA CHANGE SPEAK TO YOUR OWN SUPPLIER FIRST. cancelled my service with them today after being with them for years they let me down numerous times with faulty equipment, when I rang to complain they black mailed me with early cancelation fee's and their suggestion was get a better machine by signing up for a further 12 months as this was an old model prone to problems, I refused so they sent me a replacement handset (a used one) needless to say this was a disaster, and this by the way was NOT the first replacement machine I received, they have no respect for customers and god help you if you have to call customer care as I was on to them for over 2 hours one day and if a call drops they will never return a call, completely un satisfied. 0 stars it should be

What a sham of a company. I wish i had read the reviews before signing up. Just appalling customer service and telling lies all the time. I will be consulting my solicitor about getting out of the dodgy contract we have with them. Please do not sign up with them. You will regret it

TERRIBLE COMPANY! NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH A FRAUDULENT / SCAM! PROMISED THE WORLD. BACK IN 2017 WAS SOLD THE DREAM ONLY TO HAVE MONET TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT UNLAWFULLY AND PROMISED A REFUND WISH WAS NEVER DONE! 2 WEEKS AFTER SETTING UP NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND REQUESTED TO CANCEL WHICH WAS ALL AGREED AND 2 YEARS LATER STILL GETTING HARASSMENT EMAILS STATING I FEES HAVE NOT BEEN PAID!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible, terrible company. We have been paying for our account twice, one via DD and another via bank transfer as they setup 2 accounts for our business. We have been trying to resolve this since October 2018 to no avail. Terrible, terrible customer service. Avoid if you can.

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! STAY CLEAR!! THEIR STAFF ARE IGNORANT AND USLESS AND HAVENT A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT! THEY COULD NOT OFFER ME AN ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY OPTION BUT STILL CHARGED ME FOR MEMBERSHIP AND MONTHLY FEES! I NEVER MADE ONE SINGLE TRANSACTION THROUGH THEM AND THEY STILL CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR MONTHS AFTER! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK ACC DETAILS! Shame i had to give one star as they are the worst company i have every dealt with . Cannot wait for my contract to end to leave them!!!! Today i have rang 4 times for an urgent problem i have and was left waiting 40 minutes each time and as to the lack of customer service i received when i got through it was just unbelievable. Need i say more!!!
