I stayed there for a few years, but had to leave because of ridiculous raise in rent, about 15%. Also, they require a 60 day notice before leaving, which is a long time. So you have to give a notice about leaving before you find a new place. I think 30 day notice would be more fare. Also saw some roaches during my stay. What I did like, was a nice view, very close to the beach, never had any problems with the staff. The unit was very clean when I arrived. The maintenance used to come and fix whatever would break in a timely manner.

Recently moved into the building and I couldn't be happier. Francesca and her team are amazing. They make themselves available 7 days a week, and always provide me with not only excellent service but always have a smile on there face. The building is always clean and beautifully maintained both inside and out.

My wife and I lived in Marina del Mar for two years and I should say that it was one of the best place we have ever lived. Manager is very proactive and welcoming. Management was sending candies for our birthdays which is a very little thing but at the same time it is very pleasant which proves that they care about their tenants. Whenever we needed assistance in our apartment, Marina del Mar staff was fixing things on timely manner. It was sad to leave because we had good memories with this place.

I have lived here a month now. This review is for maintenance Linden and the Security Alan and Nysha. I had issues creating account online but I called on a Sunday when they were closed and left a message and the work order was done immediately the next day! It’s weeks later the issue is resolved and they left my apt the way they found it. The Security Alan is amazing. He Went over and beyond to assist my furniture delivery. Nyasha is so helpful and always knows her residents which makes being a new tenant comfortable. I’m so happy living here. Thanks guys for your hard work. Cimone Campbell

The best place to live in that you call home! 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and fully renovated apartment. High five to the property manager Samantha and team for delivering such consistency and excellent service to residents. The leasing office is on top of everything and the team such as concierge , security, cleaning and maintenance respond to your concerns and needs immediately always with a greet and a smile.

I am a tenant only a week but I have lived many places in my lifetime to know this is a very safe,clean and renovated building maintained well. Francesca was amazing to deal with before and after becoming a tenant. My job was a headache verifying but they were so patient with my application. The staff are so accommodating in the office and the security concerning moving in and getting shipped items. Every thing is great in the updated apartment. My neighbors are like me Nice and quiet at night! The only thing I hate to be negative is the parking 😩 I thought I would get a closer one in the front of the building. I’m. Nervous at night walking. It takes 4 minutes to walk to the front. I’m exhausted after work. But I won’t take 5 stars off because of Francesca’s service! The area is amazing it’s close to everything especially the beach! I don’t smell dog urine or see roaches or alarms off as the other reviews say but I am here only a week. So far so good.
