Don’t bother banking here. The ATM never works with the cheap child like debit cards issued. So, don’t count on getting any cash without going in during banking hours. The online site is also pitifully old and unresponsive. Issues encountered with the 1990’s style online banking site are handled through Republic’s corporate call center. This would be fine if the call center could actually fix issues, however in my experience these CSR’s will promise you the world just to get you off the line and you’ll never receive the promised follow up calls or emails to get any issue actually fixed. This is also my experience with the branches management, don’t expect to hear back from them unless you (the customer) takes on the initiative. At this point it should come as no surprise that the mobile app is also a joke with very limited abilities when it does work. In short save yourself the time it will take in a few years to transfer all of your assets to a real bank after this place goes out of business.
