Stopped by after hours to inquire about local land owned by my family. Although he was trying to get out the door Chad assisted me with a welcoming and friendly attitude. He was straightforward in his talk, he was extremely knowledgeable about local market conditions and their history and he honestly assessed the prospects for the property. Nothing in it for him except the opportunity to help someone who was in need. He offered me a map and gave directions to the property. Thank you, Chad.
