I once had an pleasurable experience and the staff used to be friendly. Once the lady who can barely speak clear English became the only customers service things went left. Gibberish tongue is very rude and obviously isn't very knowledgeable about the jewelry they have on showcase for sale. She tried to argue about the purity of a jewelry item although her coworker who was seated on the side came up and examined the item and agreed it was tarnished she didn't want to accommodate the extreme price. I WILL NOT BE DOING ANYMORE BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! THE guy with the hearing impairment isn't much better.
