Tried to call this business MULTIPLE TIMES and NO ONE picks up! It’s frustrating trying to cancel your services with them before the month is over in order to not get charged for another month because these guys will not pick up the phone. Automated messages only, fail to provide any representative. If I can give zero stars, I would.

Do not use reliable merchant services, they don’t have a good customer service, they just want to get your money, if you have a question they don’t want to talk to you. I called them to have a question about my billing, they didn’t want to talk, they just leave the phone and walk away and let me talk to myself for 5 minutes and then they come back hung up the phone
