This company is almost doing criminal activity they will say they were refinance after a year then you go to refinance then they tell you you're unable to qualify run do not go to this company they will lie and steal from you
Feedback:
No problems whatsoever! These fine folks financed me when others wouldn't. Three years of timely payments and positive processing interactions with the service reps. My credit has much improved and can now get a better rate but I'm appreciative of the them for being a stepping stone to better credit ✨👍
Feedback:
They will get over on you. Good luck if your as naive as I was! They're a slew of soulless loansharks eating from the rot of less fortunate or informed individuals.
Feedback:
Very nice staff. Easy financing and helped my husband and I when we really needed it. Thank you Reliable!
Feedback:
Very disappointed. Tried to get their most minimum loan amount after having paid off my car loan through them (paid off early) with no problems years ago. Apparently even though I make more than minimum wage and work 40 hours a week, I would need to make more to get a loan through them. I just wanted to catch up a little after changing jobs and if I made more, wouldn't need the loan in the first place. Not helpful at all. Having good history doesn't matter either apparently.

I honestly have NO IDEA why anyone is complaining. We wrecked our credit during the 2008 crisis to survive. We have to be able to rebuild, and that means taking out installment loans, if you are serious about rebuilding your credit in 2 or 3 years rather than 10 to 15, it is NECESSARY to have an installment loan history.Next addressing these claims of rude or inexperienced people... I am permanently disabled, on SSDI, I get paid a very paltry sum of less than 650/mo after working for 20 YEARS. My wife has a decent full time job, and she is in middle management, made necessary by a for profit scam school owned by C.E.C./Sanford-Brown in a scheme they had with Sallie Mae, and her degree never made her more than $10/hr. THOSE ARE RUDE PEOPLE WHO WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU, AT ALL.Well we moved across the country for better job offer for her. We did not own a vehicle, NYC is way too expensive to park.We have had our loan on an almost new vehicle, for a little over a year now, one we found hiding in the back that only had 300 miles, and is a 2016. Nothing wrong, it was traded in for something bigger less than a month after its first purchase. We were able to get a great deal from a dealership who was in over their heads on used vehicles. MSRP would have been about 21K. All in all we got it for 8K, with finance charges, taxes, and fees, of course bringing that to 14k. $235/mo 5 year loan. Considering the last 4 dealerships couldn't find us anything decent for less than $450/mo. we were thrilled.I have major kidney problems and have about 4 hospitalizations and at least 8 ER visits a year, under Medicare. I still have to pay 20%. When we have gotten behind because of this, ANY TIME WE HAD TO CALL RELIABLE TO ASK FOR MORE TIME THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN RUDE OR SAID NO! In fact many times they have dropped the miniscule $10 late fee. Sometimes I've had to make a double payment because I had to miss a month. They have never once dinged our credit for being late.Having formerly worked in retail prior to being a machinist, I know that it is rare for any customer service agent to start off rudely. It is VERY OFTEN that the people who are talking to THEM feel entitled and superior, and act nasty, to the point of insult, on a person who is trying to help them! If they hit their limit of abuse then they do get rude. I dont blame them.So I call B.S. on anyone complaining. You got what you wanted, buyers remorse is your own fault... You have 14 days to return the purchase normally, and reliable offers 30 days. If you knew you couldnt afford the payment then you shouldn't have taken the loan. You were lucky to get one in the 1st place! One more thing. Compared to interest rates offered by the other medium to high risk lenders to us, reliable was 6 pts. lower than ALL of them. Yeah 23.99% sucks, but it's a whole lot better than 29.99%! Most of your credit cards are higher than 23.99%!By the time we have paid for 3 years our credit will be rehabbed to the point of being able to refinance through a lower risk lender. That is, and should be the AIM YOU ARE SEEKING!
Feedback:
Worst company I have ever had to deal with I moved out of state and they refused to send the title to state to get a title. I talked to their title clerk over the phone the most rude person I have ever had to speak to. Since they won't send the title I now have to look for a new loan which I am finding hard since the rig is 2005 and only $7,000 left to pay it off if you enjoy dealing with rude people then by all means apply get a loan. But if want peace go with someone else
Feedback:
Sure intrest rates suck. Sure their not the most popular people. But let's be real, our credit blows. Company does exactly what it advertises, high risk loans. The people who get upset are the ones that get buyers remorse, then blame it on them. Heres a suggestion, don't buy the car. Yes it sucks get over it. Place blame were it belongs, the mirror. Peace out
Feedback:
I have had my car loan through this company for 2 years. Was qualified to get the loan. When I try to refinance they tell me I'm not qualified. They suggest going to a different company. Well that's what I'm doing. I do not recommend anyone going here.
