We went to the orchard park store yesterday, small selection of basic watches. The first lady to ask if we required help was ok. We literally got around to the other side of the cases and an older lady came up and rudely told us they was closing. We will continue to take our business to jareds. Better selection, nicer staff.Edit - It only took two years to respond to the review. I'm sorry but my opinion of reeds/jenss has not changed. We will still be going elsewhere.
