Overall Feedback:

Contacted Real Lease through a personal recommendation. I had already been approved for a equipment lease with an out of town company. Spoke to Bob by phone, he was positive and knowledgeable. Based on the information he asked he said it would be "no problem". Sent him all the required documents and never received a reply. Called several times, spoke to a secretary and left voice mails. I would have not cared if Real Lease was not interested, just expected professional response.
