Do not apply for a loan with this disastrous company as they are extremely incompetent, unprofessional and thieves. They (Ray Drew, Robin Fopma, David Kim) kept lying , took 6 months to submit my loan and were always behind schedule. Had the worst experience!! The worst customer service!! Real Fraudulent Lending company. Total waste of time and money!!Update: ReadyCap finally refunded only less than 1/4 of my deposit after close to one month refund request without any itemized statement !! Do not give this co. any deposit before and only if they got your loan for SURE. Basically this is how they make money for themselves!! Bunch of real Thugs!
