Horribly rude and Dangerous customer service. Really hurt myself because they forgot to give me ramps for the machine rented. Not only was I met with a horribly rude response from Jenny, but I was charged more money than what was agreed the day earlier. Stay away if safety is a concern... or if you are annoyed by bad customer service.
