Jon Amerling is a salesman working at Lacy - from the hip straight shooter with the ability to assess a customers needs without much more than observing your test drive. I wouldn't purchase anything from anyone else at any other dealership. I've bought two trucks from Jon, and each sale was painless. In addition, the entire service dept rocks - they're all lovely to deal with, very efficient while addressing any concerns I may have.

Our salesperson, Kirk Mcgee, whom we had the pleasure of dealing with on the purchase of our 2014 Ford Taurus, called us because we had stopped by previously looking for another car. He had a pre-certified 2016 Ford Edge that he thought we would be interested in. We made an appointment with him to see the car. He worked with us and we purchased the car, and no pressure!! Everyone we've dealt with at Lacy seems to go the "extra mile" to make sure you're happy.

I just did a trade-in yesterday afternoon with Dan Sorozan, and I couldn't have been more pleased. He was the original salesman who sold me my first Outback, and took care of me again yesterday. He does not push, gives you honest answers and is clear with information. The service department is equally honest and thorough, and I really can't recommend this dealership enough.

My husband and I recently purchased a Forester. Our salesperson was Juan Molina. This was our first experience at Lacy's, and it was a most pleasant one. Juan is personable and sincere, and did not give a hard sell. He was knowledgeable, and we trusted him throughout the process. I would certainly recommend contacting Juan at Lacy's if you are in the market for one of their cars.

Rc lacys is by far the best dealership in the region to work with. Calm with no high pressure sales tactics. Me and my wife just purchased a pre owned suburu legacy there and I took delivery last night. This is my second purchase with them and through the same sales person. Kirk thank you for professional approach and making this happen. I will deffinetly be doing business with them againand recommend him and the dealership highly! Very pleased!!!

Over the years I have purchased many new vehicles, and I must say that my experience at RC Lacy Ford was fantastic. My sales representative Kayla, worked very hard on all aspects of the transaction, from the trade-in, to the vehicle selection, she made sure that I was happy throughout the process.As for the vehicle itself, my F-150 XLT is by far superior to any other truck that I have ever owned. Thank you to RC Lacy Ford for a great deal!

I bought a used Subaru from them. Nobody tried up upsell me or hard-sell me. I felt no pressure to get the extra warranty... no long concerned looks.... no psychological games. Nobody chased me around the lot pointing out other deals. They sold me a car. It felt relaxed. I get the feeling they want to keep me as a customer.
