Been with RBFCU for years with no real issues but I’ve had 2 bad experiences recently at this branch. Issues in regards to the customer service I received and with them giving out my account information to someone that isn’t on my account. Feel situation could have been handled in a more professional manner. Not what I expected from my financial institution 😕

Poor customer service and a shady bank! If you are charged in error by a merchant and you are set up to use courtesy pay....Beware, once the merchant has refunded you this bank RBFCU will not auto refund your $24 they will keep YOUR money and say it has to be either a bank or merchant error. No merchant in their right mind would admit to error and the bank wont refund the $24 even though no purchase was made, cause it was refunded, & technically it is a bank error because the courtesy pay shouldve been refunded so in other words you will continue to owe the $24 fee for a service or product you never received. This is something a Shady bank would do.... I would rate zero stars if i could.
