Great bank. Friendly people and it is never super busy, unless you go on Saturday.

This is the best bank around! I come in maybe once every two months since I live so far from the closest bank.. and they remember who I am! Very impressed the ladies are really nice at the counter! When I call in I’m always pleased on how they take care of my problems with my money! They need to open more locations! I recommended this bank way better then us bank!!!! Thanks guys for all your help :)

I'm not a huge fan of this bank. I am constantly locked out of my online banking and can't get it squared away unless i go in. I called multipe times. Although, i spoke with someone on the phone 3x about it and was supposedly fixed. This has been incredibly frustrating. And this isn't the first time.

Nice place. Compared to the theives at Wells Fargo it is a paradise. Best banking institution I have dealt with in fifty years. Free coffee, nice chairs to sit in and the daily paper.

Sadly, I don't have a zero star option. Ginny Wiegand, the branch manager does not care for the customer at all. She is rude, and she supports the wrong doing of her staff. Worst experience of my life with customer service there. I am closing my account there coming month.

My debit card was rejected at Speedway today, and at a grocery store, and I know I had enough funds to cover. A week ago I used the mobile deposit app, and made a deposit (or at least I thought I did) and I found out three days later, after calling customer service, that my deposit had been rejected (after initially being accepted) because of a "blurry photo." No email received, not even a note on the mobile app, NOTHING! You'd think a credit union that boasts $3 M in deposits would spend a thousand dollars on a good online app instead of some worthless, glitch-filled POS.
